Terms of Service
These terms are a contract between you and ARCHITECTURAL FACADES MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS LTD for use of the Elevata online facade visualisation software. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them.
Last updated 14 July 2026 · Governing law England and Wales
The service
Elevata is online-only software that generates facade style-reference concepts, boards, palettes, reveal previews and plan files from the brief you provide. It is a creative and planning aid, not a construction, surveying, engineering or installation service. Everything is delivered digitally in your browser: we sell no physical goods and nothing is shipped.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 to use the service. Users aged 13–17 must have consent from a parent or guardian. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account.
You must give accurate billing information and keep it current.
Subscriptions and billing
- —Plans are pure subscriptions billed in USD, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled.
- —Monthly building allowances do not roll over to the next period.
- —There are no credit packs and no stored or withdrawable balance; allowances are service usage only.
- —You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- —We may change prices or plan features on reasonable notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
Use qualified professionals
Outputs are style references only and are not engineering drawings, construction drawings, structural, load-bearing, glazing-safety, fire-cladding, building-regulations or planning advice, and are not a guarantee of any finished result.
Any change to windows, glazing, cladding, structure or fire-related construction must be designed, carried out and signed off by qualified licensed professionals — a chartered structural engineer for structural work, a registered glazier or qualified installer for glazing and cladding, and building control and planning authorities for approvals. Historic or protected buildings may require listed-building consent. Elevata does not carry out, arrange, supervise or match any construction or installation work.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the service lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy, including not uploading other people's property photos without consent and not using outputs to mislead buyers or tenants.
Content and intellectual property
You keep ownership of what you upload; we own the software and our brand. Rights in generated outputs and how you may use them are set out in the Content License.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update, suspend or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties. We are not liable for construction outcomes, professional decisions, or losses arising from relying on a visual concept as if it were engineering advice.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
