How do I generate a concept?
Open the studio, describe your building or pick a starter brief, choose the zones and a style direction, then generate. You get before/after concepts, a material and glazing board, a colour palette and a reveal preview.
Can I upload a photo of my house?
Yes — add a reference photo of a building you own or are entitled to use. Never upload someone else's property photo without consent. Uploads are cached up to 30 days and are not used to train models.
How do I export a Facade Plan?
After generating, use Download Facade Plan (PDF). It includes the zone plan, palette, professional sign-off items and approvals to check.
How do subscriptions and allowances work?
Plans are pure subscriptions billed in USD. Your monthly building allowance does not roll over. There are no credits or top-ups. Manage or cancel from the customer portal.
Are the concepts safe to build from?
No — they are style references only, not engineering drawings. Any structural, glazing, cladding or fire work must be done by qualified licensed professionals. See the AI Disclaimer.
How do I cancel or get a refund?
Cancel anytime; access runs to the end of the paid period. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy or email support for incorrect charges.
