Acceptable Use Policy
These rules keep Elevata safe and lawful for everyone. They apply to every account and every generation.
Last updated 14 July 2026 · Governing law England and Wales
Property photos and consent
Only upload photos of a building you own or are entitled to use, or for which you have the owner's consent. Do not upload photos of other people's property to visualise changes without their consent.
No misleading use
- —Do not present a generated concept as an as-built photograph, a survey, or a guaranteed outcome.
- —Do not use concepts to mislead buyers, tenants, lenders or insurers about the real condition of a property.
- —Make clear to others that Elevata outputs are style references, not engineering drawings.
Signage and branding zones
Shopfront and signage zones are provided as blank, editable concept areas. Any brand name, logo or artwork you add is your responsibility, and you are responsible for holding the rights to use it.
Prohibited content and conduct
- —No third-party trademarks, logos, protected designs or other people's intellectual property in prompts or uploads.
- —No unlawful, deceptive, harassing, hateful or infringing content.
- —No attempts to reverse engineer, overload, scrape or bypass the security or usage limits of the service.
- —No use of outputs as structural, safety, fire, legal, financial or planning advice.
Enforcement
We may remove content, limit generation, or suspend or close accounts that breach this policy. Serious or repeated breaches may be reported to the relevant authorities.
